Responsibilities
- Provide technical service support in system installation, operation training, corrective and preventive maintenance
- Manage and resolve all data connectivity matters in laboratory middleware
- Gain customer satisfaction by deliver high quality services
- Document all service records by using CRM system
- Liaise with various functional co-workers to support customers
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in electronic/electrical engineering or related subjects
- Good communication skill in English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
- 1 year working experience in service industry is preferred
- Fresh graduate with right altitude shall consider as Assistant Engineer
