Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general administration work such as filing, procurement of office supplies, etc.
  • Assist in data input and issue vouchers
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • HKDSE / Form 5 or above
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in related duties
  • Well-organized, initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and presentation skills, Mandarin a plus.
  • Knowledge in Accounting and immediately available is preferred
  • Excellent in PC skill, Excel, Word, PPT and typing Chinese
